Endless searches and unreliable responses made it clear there was a gap in the market for homeowners like him — and for local workers who wanted flexible, meaningful opportunities. Recognizing this, Matt partnered with local friends and software developers, Cory and David, who joined him as co-founders, to create SydeWyrk: a platform where homeowners could easily find reliable, motivated workers while helping individuals and small businesses grow in their own neighborhoods.
